Every litre,
accounted for.
Automatic tank gauging for fuel stations and diesel storage. Stock, water and temperature from every underground tank, live at the site and on your phone.
Run a station from here.
A live simulation of the Soundsmith console. Sell fuel, unload a tanker, let water in or cut the power, and watch what the system records.
A simulation of what the real console shows. Figures are examples.
One probe per tank.
A magnetostrictive probe goes in through the manhole and stands from the top of the tank to the floor.
A float rides the fuel.
The probe times a pulse to the float to find its height. Your tank's own calibration chart turns that into litres.
A second float finds water.
Heavier than fuel and lighter than water, it rests on any water at the bottom, so contamination shows up early.
Temperature, top to bottom.
Sensors along the probe read the fuel's temperature, so stock and density stay right through hot days and cold nights.
Tank to phone.
Every few seconds, wherever you are. When the internet drops, readings wait at the site and arrive the moment it's back.
Know your tanks the way you know your phone battery.
Leak check
A slow loss or rising water is flagged only when it holds for 7 days, after temperature, sales and deliveries are accounted for. Daily ups and downs never raise a false alarm.
Live stock
Deliveries
Every tanker logged with the litres received, to check against the invoice.
Water
Tracked on its own float, so contamination is caught early.
Power-cut proof
After a restart, readings settle for a minute, so a power cut never shows up as a fake sale.
Every site, one screen
Owners see all their stations on their phone, with history going back months and reports to download.
Dispenser sales, next
Nozzle-wise sales from the dispensers, for full stock reconciliation, is in development.
Built for *power* *cuts,* *patchy* *internet* and *dusty* *control* *rooms.* Readings are never lost. And when something stalls, it recovers on its own.
